指标简介:SHR是一种综合评估急性应激状态下高血糖程度的指标,通过结合空腹血糖(FPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),反映患者当前血糖水平相对于其长期血糖控制状态的偏离程度。相较于单独使用FPG和HbA1c,SHR可以精准识别应激性高血糖,单独使用FPG可能无法区分应激性高血糖与糖尿病相关高血糖,HbA1c反映长期血糖水平,对应激性高血糖的敏感性不足。
